Liz Bosanquet
Director
Liz is a qualified social worker with a post-graduate diploma in family and systemic practice. She has over 20 years’ experience working within children’s social care. She has worked in a range of different settings within the voluntary and statutory sector as a family support worker, frontline social worker, manager and now director. Throughout her career, Liz has continued in direct practice and makes it a priority that she understands the issues facing children and families no matter her position.
Liz has worked as an independent social worker, systemic social work trainer and consultant since 2012. She has worked with a range of local authorities nationally and been a subject matter expert for the DfE. She launched Collective Space, a social work training and practice organisation in 2017.
Liz is particularly experienced at working with families reluctant to engage with social work and is committed to representing their views and narratives within her work. She firmly believes in respecting and valuing the contributions of families even where social work is required to make high authority decisions and she is particularly successful at achieving collaboration within difficult circumstances.
We value what your company bring to the table, not just at an organisational level but how you influence my staff to become better versions of themselves. The pebble you throw in the pond has far reaching impact on lives.
